Insert a lancet until it is stable. Twist off lancet's protective cover. Screw the cap back on.
Twist the cap to set the lancet depth.
A larger number means a deeper lancet testing. Pull the plunger.
Insert the test strip into the test strip slot.
This turns the monitor on.
Hold the lancing device securely to the side of the finger.
Gently squeeze the finger to help form a drop of blood.
Apply the blood drop to the edge of the test strip.
Hold to finger until monitor
